1. Place your order on the website and pay online.

2. We do not call to confirm the order — you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

• Online payment on the website via the mono payment system.

Fiscalization — Electronic receipts 

• We do not include a paper receipt in the package.
• An electronic receipt is sent to the email provided at checkout.

What can be returned
We are ready to consider the return of goods of proper quality on an individual basis, so you can contact us within 2 days if:

the goods have not been used and do not have traces of use,
the goods are fully equipped, have their original packaging,
the goods are exactly the ones that were sold by our store.

Return funds
Money is returned by bank transfer to the details specified by the buyer. The refund takes an average of up to 3 business days after receiving the returned Goods at the warehouse.

We recommend
When receiving the order, always carefully inspect the purchase in the presence of our courier or an employee of Nova Poshta/pick-up point. You can always evaluate the goods visually upon receipt, and if it does not suit you, refuse.

The goods cannot be returned after the fact of at least one-time use or damage to the packaging.

Claims for appearance are accepted only at the time of delivery or receipt of the goods at Nova Poshta/pick-up point.
