Law "On Consumer Rights Protection"
The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection"" approved the list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange / return:
personal hygiene items,
perfume and cosmetic products,
toothbrushes,
combs, massage combs and brushes,
products in aerosol packaging
What can be returned
We are ready to consider the return of goods of proper quality on an individual basis, so you can contact us within 2 days if:
the goods have not been used and do not have traces of use,
the goods are fully equipped, have their original packaging,
the goods are exactly the ones that were sold by our store.

Return funds
Money is returned by bank transfer to the details specified by the buyer. The refund takes an average of up to 3 business days after receiving the returned Goods at the warehouse.
We recommend
When receiving the order, always carefully inspect the purchase in the presence of our courier or an employee of Nova Poshta/pick-up point. You can always evaluate the goods visually upon receipt, and if it does not suit you, refuse.
The goods cannot be returned after the fact of at least one-time use or damage to the packaging.
Claims for appearance are accepted only at the time of delivery or receipt of the goods at Nova Poshta/pick-up point.
If you have accepted the order, paid, released the courier, left the post office or pick-up point, this means that the purchased goods fully meet our promises and your expectations.
